Ingredients

  • Fine wheat rava - 200gm
  • Oats - 50 gm
  • Curd - 200ml
  • Mustard - 1-2tsp
  • Black gram dhal - 2-3 tsp
  • Bengal gram dhal - 2-3 tsp
  • Ginger paste - 1tsp
  • Onion chopped - 3/4 cup
  • Garlic chopped - 2-3 tsp
  • curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak wheat rava, oats and salt in curd
  2. Crackle mustard and add dhal, ginger paste, chopped garlic pearls etc
  3. Then add onion and saute for a while
  4. Add this mixture with soaked wheat rava mixture
  5. Mix it thoroughly and make idlis in idli pot.
  6. serve it hot with red and green chuttney
