Ingredients

  • Onion - 200gm
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Mint - 1 full hand
  • Tomato - 1 -2
  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
  • Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chillie powder - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - as needed
  • Egg - 2
  • salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. In four teaspoon of hot oil saute onion, tomato, mint and garlic paste followed by each. Grind it.
  2. In five spoons of oil season cumin and curry leaves.
  3. Add ground paste and saute it nicely.
  4. Now add turmeric powder, masala powder, chillie powder and required amount of table salt .
  5. Add 150 ml of water and allow to boil till it becomes thick gravy.
  6. Then break the eggs in two small bowls and add one egg slowly and softly into the gravy.
  7. After 2-3 minutes add another egg in the same manner and allow it to cook fully in simmer flame.
  8. Sprinkle pepper on it and serve hot.
