Ingredients

  • Big onion - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Masala powder - 3 pinches
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves - little
  • Corriander leaves - little
  • egg - 2
  • Chillie powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - To taste
  • oil - 2-3tsp
  • Cumin seed - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Chop onion, cury leaves and corriander leaves.
  2. In little heated oil, saute onion with garlic and ginger paste followed by curry leaves, masala powder, turmeric powder etc. Grind it coarsely.
  3. Season with cumin in heated oil and add ground mixture. Saute it for a while.
  4. Now add chillie and turmeric powder followed by sufficient pepper powder and salt. Mix it thoroughly.
  5. Then add eggs one by one and scrambled it.
  6. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes and sprinkle corriander leaves. serve it hot.
  7. It will be delicious for chappathi and dosa.
