It is protein rich delicious recipe which is good for Diabetic patients, under weight people, kids and old people.

Ingredients

  • Groundnuts - 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind - small lemon size
  • Onion - 1
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Bengal gram dhal - 1 tsp
  • Dry chillie - 4-5
  • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
  • Mustard - 1tsp
  • Asafoetida powder - 1 pinch
  • Chopped curry leaves - little
  • Salt - To taste

Instructions

  1. Groundnuts to be cooked in cooker.
  2. Fry fenugreek seeds, bengal gram dhal, and dry chillie without oil. Grind it.
  3. In one tbsp of gingelly oil, season with mustard, asafoetida and curry leaves.
  4. Add chopped onion in it and saute it well.
  5. Then add cooked nuts, ground powder, tamarind water and required salt.
  6. Allow it to boil to get desired consistency.
