Trying to shed some weight and looking for a recipe to aid your diet? Here's a simple recipe that can give you a hand and it super easy to prepare with the perfect diet

Ingredients

  • Ragi flour - 1 cup
  • Fried ground nut - 100 gm
  • Jaggery - 100 gm
  • Salt - To taste

Instructions

  1. Make dough with ragi flour and salt with required water and pat like adai on a wet cloth.
  2. Then cook it in a dosai thava with little oil.
  3. In a mixy put other ingredients and cooked adai. Grind it coarsely.
  4. Make the mixture into small balls and serve it.
  5. It is rich in iron, calcium etc.
