Ingredients

  • Big onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Scrapped carrots - 1/2 cup
  • Sprouted green gram - 50 gm
  • sprouted black gram - 50 gm
  • Sprouted toor dhal - 50 gm
  • Thennai (Fox-tail Millet) - 50 gm
  • Curry leaves - little
  • Coriander leaves - little
  • Dry chillie - 3 -4
  • fresh ginger - little
  • Black cumin - little

Instructions

  1. Chop onion , tomato, coriander leaves etc
  2. Soak all the gram with millet
  3. Grind chillie, ginger, cumin, curry leaves etc
  4. Add soaked substances and grind it coarsely
  5. Add salt, all the vegetables and chopped coriander
  6. Make adai in dosai thava.
