  • Idly rice - 100gm
  • Black gram dhal - 50 gm
  • Soaked bengal dhal - 2 tsp
  • Onion - 1-2
  • Green chillie paste - 1tsp
  • Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Corriander leaves - little
  • Curry leaves - little
  • Thin coconut flakes - 3 tsp
  • Salt - To taste

Instructions

  1. Soak thinei, idly rice and black gram dhal for four hours and grind it coarsely. Add sufficient salt and allow it to ferment overnight.
  2. The next day, mix all other ingredients and blend it well.
  3. Heat kuzhi panniyaram pan and make delicious panniyaram with very little oil.
