Ingredients

  • Fine wheat rava - 1cup
  • Red gram dhal - 2 tsp
  • Bengal Gram Dhal - 1tsp
  • Green gram dhal - 2 tsp
  • Onion (small) - 1
  • Corriander leaves - little
  • Curry leaves - little
  • Red chillie - 2-3
  • Ginger Paste - little
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak wheat rava and dhal seperately
  2. Grind dhal, red chillie, ginger, curry leaves with sufficient salt coarsely.
  3. Add finely chopped onion, corriander leaves mix well
  4. Make adai with corn oil
  5. serve hot
