Ingredients

  • Soya beans - 100gm
  • Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Chillie powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Corriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • curry leaves little
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bean separately
  2. Season with mustard and curry leaves
  3. Add chopped onion in it and saute' well.
  4. Add chopped cabbage followed by chillie and corriander powder.
  5. Allow to cook with sufficient salt and water.
  6. Add cooked soya in it and cook for 5 minutes
