Ingredients

  • Cooked rice - 3 cups
  • Spring onion - 3-5
  • Carrot scraped - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • salt - To taste

Instructions

  1. In heated oil season with mustard and curry leaves
  2. Add chopped capsicum, spring onion and carrot. Saute it.
  3. Add little salt and one handful of water. Allow it to cook for a while.
  4. Add cooked rice, cumin and pepper powder.
  5. Finally add spring onion stalk and sufficient salt mix it thoroughly.
