Ingredients

  • Mango - 1 big
  • Jaggery - 350gm
  • Tomato - 2
  • salt - 1/2 pinch

Instructions

  1. Scrap the mango finely
  2. Cook mango with little water and salt well
  3. Now add powdered jaggery in cooked mango
  4. Cook it well
  5. Adding one teaspoon of ghee while removing from the flame is optional.
  6. This will be very tasty for sambar rice
